Disclosure Requirements
Creators must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for sponsored content.
Content Delivery
Creators agree to deliver content as specified in partnership agreements and maintain professional standards in all brand collaborations.
Brand Responsibilities
Fair Treatment
Brands agree to treat creators fairly and professionally, provide clear campaign briefs, and pay agreed-upon compensation in a timely manner.
Content Rights
Brands must respect creator intellectual property rights and only use content within the scope of agreed-upon usage rights.
Payments and Fees
Platform Fees
CreatorLink charges a service fee on completed partnerships. Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction is finalized.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our secure payment system. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. We provide dispute resolution services to help resolve conflicts between creators and brands.
Intellectual Property
Platform Content
All content on the CreatorLink platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by CreatorLink and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on CreatorLink. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
